Jason, the company owner, designed the xeriscape for our front yard. We told him what we wanted. His final design took our ideas and made them better. We liked the results so much that a couple of years later we had Jason and his Greenbelt crew replace the grass in our back yard with a xeriscape design. Again, he took our ideas and gave us something better. From the initial design through the final walkthrough, Jason and his crew leader were responsive to our questions and concerns. Jason, Claudio, and the team were excellent! They were always very professional and very courteous. Jason did a wonderful job of designing my firepit and my entire patio. I have received so many compliments since the work was completed. Many neighbors come to my house just to see the work that was done. Jason stands by his work. When one of his workers did some work that he was not happy with, he made them completely start over. A year after the work was completed, I had some plants die from a freeze. I contacted Jason and asked if his guys could put in the new plants I purchased. Not only did they promptly come by to do the work for me, but Jason refused to let me pay. Jason (Greenbelt Design Elements) designed the landscaping for our newly constructed home. His design included front, side and rear flowerbeds, trees, a large back patio with lighting, and a terraced rock wall / planting bed backyard center piece that spans the wide backyard. Throughout the design process Jason was professional, upbeat, and friendly. He interviewed / listened to what we wanted and incorporated our desires in his design work. In our case that included native drought resistant plants that showcased the varied colors and textures of the plants found in our region of Texas. We also wanted plants that will provide visual interest and color throughout the seasons, and attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Jason worked with us through a few iterations of the design to get it just right. In the end, he provided us with an easy to understand / maintain landscape design that allowed our landscaper to construct what Jason designed with no problems or surprises. And, Jason did not abandon us once he had completed his design work. He checked in with the landscaper on multiple occasions to make sure they were able to follow the design and has been available to answer our plant maintenance questions. We highly recommend Jason and his design work. He was a joy to work with and his design (once installed) has earned us many favorable comments.
