Jason and Claudio are a team that has worked together for over 18 years. They are also training a hardworking crew of men. We are very impressed and pleased with the results of the design by Jason and the installation by Claudio and his crew. They are both very creative and know how to properly install masonry and landscape plantings. Jason is very personable and honest and Claudio knows how to make a plan into reality. We are very impressed with our new fire pit, patios, walkway, shade tolerant grass, hardscapes, plants and lighting. We highly recommend Greenbelt. We spoke with a few landscape companies about the landscaping project we wanted to do in our new Sun City home, but we didn't feel like any of them could deliver what we were looking for, until we met Jason from Greenbelt. We found Greenbelt's website and looked through the portfolio of work they had done and we really liked what we saw. When we met with Jason the first time, we immediately "clicked." He seemed to not only understand what we were shooting for, but he was excited about it. It was fun sitting at the kitchen table with him kicking design ideas back and forth. It also became clear that Jason really knows his stuff. The design involved building a large limestone patio in the backyard, and then removing all of the grass on the rest of our property and, in its place, xeriscape using native plants and materials. Because of the scope of the project, and for budgeting purposes, we broke the project up into three phases. Once we got the overall design dialed in, and Jason's crew arrived to begin the first phase of the project (the patio), we met Claudio, Jason's right-hand-man and crew boss. Claudio is a delightful guy and also very knowledgable. As the work progressed, Claudio and Jason were very open to changes in the original design. They listened to our input and they also suggested tweaks and enhancements. So it was a very cooperative working relationship. Claudio's crew were great. We really appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship they put into it. They took great pride in doing things well, and did not cut corners. Now that it's all done, we're thrilled with the results. It is better than we expected. The patio has turned our backyard into our place of serenity, and the xeriscaping on the rest of our lot attracts constant compliments from folks in our neighborhood. We had an outstanding experience with Greenbelt Patio & Landscape. They were recommended by our neighbors who had a great experience so we decided to give them a try and are glad we did. To start, Jason is an experienced professional, he’s very knowledgeable, as well as reliable - he got back to me as soon as I reached out and was always very responsive via email / phone / text. Next I need to compliment Claudio and his crew of workers who came out to do the work in our backyard. They showed up on time every day in uniforms, were very hardworking, and always respectful. We were very pleased with the progress we saw at the end of each day. Finally, the work they did in our back yard was outstanding. We had major flooding problems and when it rained… basically our deck looked like a dock over lake Travis. The water from our neighbors were all flowing into our yard like we were the “shower sink” of the 3 adjacent houses. It was awful as we have dogs and they tracked mud in daily. Jason and his team came up with a design that would redirect the water to a French drain and prevent our yard from turning into a swamp. We were hesitant at first but after 3 consultations with different companies, Jason was the one we trusted and decided to move forward with. Their price was not the cheapest but his solution to fix our problem made the most sense and in the end you pay for the quality of work and service that you get! Their team regraded our yard so all the water would be directed towards the French drains and this would finally allow some grass to start growing. Fast forward 3 months and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our yard no longer floods… they fixed our flooding problem! Now all the rainwater drains towards the rocks we put around the perimeter of our fence so there is no more standing water killing the grass. We will definitely be calling Jason and his team back for future landscape projects bc we were so happy with their work. Next up - fixing the deck!
